Why protein (what is whey protein and its use andfunction)


  • Whey protein is a special protein extracted from the milk. Milk actually consists of two parts a solid part and a liquid part.
  • The liquid part is actually called whey protein. When we pour a sour thing like lemon or vinegar in the milk (curding of milk/breaking down milk) it changes into two parts a solid part and liquid part.
  • The solid part is called casein and the liquid part is called whey.
  • Whey powder can be consumed instantly after a gym workout and is only beneficial in this way because whey protein provides quick and fast healing of the muscles instantly after the gym.

  • Casein as you know that the solid part of the milk which is not scientifically but domestically called cheese.
  • Casein is a slow-digesting component as compared to whey, but casein is also an important thing that is needed in the fitness issues.
  • As it is a slow-digesting component and the right and the best time to use it right before when you sleep.
  • When we use casein and sleep it slowly digs while we sleeping and do its work.
  • Its job is to provide nutrients to muscles throughout the night that muscles need for their growth while we are sleeping.
  • Consumption of casein can also show good results if we take at night before sleep, But remember sleep should be of 8 hours or more that you can see the results.
  • Whey protein is important as well but we also can't deny the benefits and magical effects of casein. Both are beneficial in their own way.
